Trinidad Citizens for Referendum 2A
Ballot measure 2A gives Trinidad, Colorado the opportunity to fund badly needed improvements in parks, playgrounds, open space and more -- while attracting and supporting new conventions and conferences, festivals and events to boost local economy, support local youth sports, and provide disabled access.
Perhaps most importantly, local residents won’t pay for it!
This proposed lodging tax increase would be paid by hotel, motel and AirBnB guests.

How Will Lodging Tax Funds Be Used?

To provide kids with safe places and programming to play outside and experience nature.
To maintain open space
and reduce wildfire risk.
To attract new visitors, conferences, festivals and events that can
boost our economy.
What about oversight?
